Can I update my menu myself?
You can, but you don't have to. Menu updates are included in your 4 monthly updates - just email me the changes and I'll have them live within 24-48 hours.
Can you integrate our booking system, like OpenTable or ResDiary?
Yes. I'll wire OpenTable, ResDiary, SevenRooms or whatever you use into every page, so diners can book a table at 10pm without ringing. No booking system? A simple reservation form to your email works too.
Do you integrate with online ordering systems?
Yes. If you use a third-party ordering or delivery platform, I can integrate it into your website so takeaway orders come through your site, not just the apps that take a cut.
Can you show our food hygiene rating?
If you've earned a 5 (or a solid 4), absolutely, it's one of the first things cautious diners check. We'll display it alongside your best Google and TripAdvisor reviews.
What about Christmas menus and seasonal events?
Send them over and they'll go live as part of your 4 monthly updates: Christmas party menus, Mother's Day sittings, tasting evenings. The restaurants that fill December start promoting in October.
What if I don't have good photos of my food?
I can work with what you have and make it look as good as possible. Many restaurants start with smartphone photos. If you later invest in professional photography, updating the images is easy.
Will my website help me rank on Google?
Every site includes proper SEO setup - optimised titles, descriptions, local schema markup, and Google Business Profile integration guidance. This gives you a solid foundation for local search visibility.
What happens after 12 months?
You continue at £79/month (ex VAT) for as long as you want the service. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in after the first year.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You get unlimited revisions during the design phase until you're completely satisfied. Plus there's a 30-day money-back guarantee after launch if it's not working for you.
What if my restaurant is unusual or doesn't fit your usual mould?
Every site I build is custom-designed around your business, with no "usual template" to fit. I've built for restaurants, plumbers, dentists, music academies, property surveyors, sign-makers, and tilers so far. If you can explain what you do, I can build a site that sells it.
What happens to my site if I decide to leave?
The site is mine while you're paying, but if you cancel after 12 months I'll hand over a static export of the content and design at no extra charge. You keep your domain, your content, and your photos. You won't be held hostage.
How is this different from a £200 web designer on Bark or Fiverr?
A £200 site is a one-off transaction with someone you'll never speak to again. Mine includes 12 months of edits, hosting, support, SEO setup, reviews automation, and direct access to a developer with 17 years of experience. Different product, different result.
I already have a website. Why would I switch?
If your current site is bringing in bookings and you're happy with it, stay with it. But if you're embarrassed by it, paying for hosting and maintenance separately, or stuck waiting on a designer to make changes, this gives you a better-looking site, lower total cost, and changes done by email.
