What if I don't like the design?
You'll see a preview before anything goes live. We'll tweak it until you're happy. And if you're still not satisfied, you've got a 30-day money back guarantee.
Can you include online booking?
Yes. I can integrate with most practice booking systems (Dentally, SOE Exact and the like), or set up smart enquiry forms that send appointment requests straight to your reception team's inbox.
Can you display our GDC registration and CQC rating?
Yes, and you should. Patients increasingly check both before booking. I'll display your GDC numbers, your CQC rating, and your team's qualifications prominently, the way the polished private practices do.
Should we publish our fees?
I'd recommend at least a fee guide. Patients comparing practices want a rough idea before they call, and hiding prices reads as "expensive". We'll present yours however you're comfortable: exact fees, "from" prices, or finance options.
Will this help us rank for "dentist near me"?
I set up the technical SEO basics: proper page structure for each treatment, local meta tags, fast loading speeds. That's the foundation for "dentist near me" and "Invisalign [your town]" searches. Full SEO campaigns are a separate service, but most practices see improvement just from having a properly-built site.
Can the site reassure nervous patients?
Yes, and it matters more than most practices realise. A "your first visit" walkthrough, friendly team photos, and genuine patient reviews do a lot of the heavy lifting before anyone picks up the phone. I'll build all of that in.
What happens if we hire a new dentist?
Just email me. Adding a new team member, updating services, changing hours: all covered in your 4 monthly updates.
Why are you so much cheaper than agencies?
No office. No staff. No account managers. I've streamlined the process so I can offer agency-quality work at a fraction of the cost.
What happens after 12 months?
You continue at £79/month (ex VAT) for as long as you want the service. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in after the first year.
What if my practice is unusual or doesn't fit your usual mould?
Every site I build is custom-designed around your practice, so there's no "usual template" to fit. I've built for dentists, plumbers, music academies, property surveyors, sign-makers, and tilers so far. If you can explain what you do, I can build a site that sells it.
What happens to my site if I decide to leave?
The site is mine while you're paying, but if you cancel after 12 months I'll hand over a static export of the content and design at no extra charge. You keep your domain, your content, and your photos. You won't be held hostage.
How is this different from a £200 web designer on Bark or Fiverr?
A £200 site is a one-off transaction with someone you'll never speak to again. Mine includes 12 months of edits, hosting, support, SEO setup, reviews automation, and direct access to a developer with 17 years of experience. Different product, different result.
I already have a website. Why would I switch?
If your current site is bringing in patients and you're happy with it, stick with it. But if you're embarrassed by it, paying for hosting and maintenance separately, or stuck waiting on a designer to make changes, this gives you a better-looking site, lower total cost, and changes done by email.
