Let's be straight, because a lot of "pay monthly website" offers aren't.
With me, there's a one-off setup fee from £995 + VAT to design and build your site, and then £79/month + VAT that covers everything after: hosting, SSL, four edits a month, SEO upkeep, reviews automation, quarterly strategy calls, and direct access to me.
I don't pretend the site costs "£0 upfront" and then bury the real cost in a two-year contract you can't escape. And I don't hide a giant setup fee in the small print either. You see both numbers, plainly, before you commit to anything.

Here's exactly how the monthly side works, no guessing.
- Your first 30 days are risk-free. Full refund if you're not delighted. No questions, no hard feelings.
- Months 2 to 12: £79/month covers hosting, support, edits, and reviews.
- From month 13: cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in after the first year.
- If you ever leave after 12 months, I hand over a static export of your content and design at no extra charge. You keep your domain, your content, and your photos. You won't be held hostage.

No, and I'd be wary of anyone who claims that. There's an honest one-off setup fee from £995 + VAT to build your site properly, then £79/month + VAT after. I'd rather be straight with you than hide the real cost in a long contract.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Your first 12 months run as the service term, then it's rolling: cancel anytime from month 13 with 30 days notice. No 24 or 36-month lock-in.
Can I cancel if I change my mind early?
The first 30 days are fully refundable if you're not delighted. After that, the monthly service runs across your first year, then you're free to cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Do I own my website?
While you're subscribed, the site is hosted and maintained by me. If you cancel after 12 months, I hand over a static export of your content and design at no charge, and you keep your domain, content and photos.
What exactly does the £79/month include?
Hosting, SSL, 4 edits a month, SEO upkeep, reviews automation, quarterly strategy calls, analytics, ad pixels, and direct support from me. Everything to keep the site live, found and looked after.
Are there any extra fees I should know about?
No. The setup fee and the £79/month cover everything: design, build, hosting, SSL, edits, SEO, reviews automation and support. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long until my site is live?
Within 14 days of our kick-off chat, or your first month is free.
Is VAT included in those prices?
Prices are shown plus VAT: £995 + VAT setup and £79 + VAT monthly. If you're VAT-registered you'll usually reclaim it anyway.
Who actually builds and looks after my site?
Me, George, personally. No outsourcing, no junior developers, no account managers. 17 years of experience, one point of contact.
Can I see something you've built?
Yes. Thames Boilers (my own site, 4,000+ visitors a month from Google), EcoGreen Plumbing and GetBry. All built from scratch by me.
What if I need more than 4 edits in a month?
Most months, 4 is plenty. If you've got a busy month, just ask, we'll sort it out. You can also make unlimited edits yourself through your admin login for up to 100 pages.
