What if I don't like the design?
You'll see a preview before anything goes live. We'll tweak it until you're happy. And if you're still not satisfied, you've got a 30-day money back guarantee.
Will it help me win more emergency call-outs?
That's the whole point of the design. Massive click-to-call buttons on every screen, your number impossible to miss, trust badges up top, and a site that loads fast on a phone. A lockout customer should be able to call you within seconds of landing.
How do I compete with the national lead-generation firms?
By being visibly everything they're not: a real name, a real face, real local area pages, MLA and DBS badges, and honest pricing. Customers have learned to fear the anonymous "local locksmith" listing. A genuine local website stands out precisely because it's verifiable.
Should I really publish my prices?
For locksmiths, I'd strongly recommend at least a "from" price guide. The number one fear in this trade is the £49-quoted, £400-demanded scam. Showing honest call-out and lock-change prices defuses that fear instantly, and the customers it puts off are the ones who were never going to pay fairly anyway.
Can you display my MLA approval and DBS check?
Absolutely, and prominently. MLA approval, DBS checks and insurance go right at the top of the site. For someone letting a stranger work on their front door, those badges decide the call.
Can you build pages for each town I cover?
Yes, genuine service-area pages for the towns you actually work in. They help you rank for "locksmith [town]" searches and prove you're local, not a call centre routing jobs from 200 miles away.
I do auto locksmithing and uPVC repairs too. Can the site cover that?
Yes. Each service gets its own section or page: emergency lockouts, lock changes, uPVC door and window repairs, auto work, security upgrades. Customers find the exact service they need, and so does Google.
Why are you so much cheaper than agencies?
I work from home with no office, no staff, and no account managers. I've streamlined the process so I can offer agency-quality work at a fraction of the cost.
What happens after 12 months?
You continue at £79/month (ex VAT) for as long as you want the service. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in after the first year.
What happens to my site if I decide to leave?
The site is mine while you're paying, but if you cancel after 12 months I'll hand over a static export of the content and design at no extra charge. You keep your domain, your content, and your photos. You won't be held hostage.
How is this different from a £200 web designer on Bark or Fiverr?
A £200 site is a one-off transaction with someone you'll never speak to again. Mine includes 12 months of edits, hosting, support, SEO setup, reviews automation, and direct access to a developer with 17 years of experience. Different product, different result.
I already have a website. Why would I switch?
If your current site is winning you the emergency calls, stay with it. But if it looks like the dodgy sites customers have been warned about, hides your number, or you're stuck waiting on a designer for every change, this gives you a better-looking site, lower total cost, and changes done by email.
