What if I don't like the design?
You'll see a preview before anything goes live. We'll tweak it until you're happy. And if you're still not satisfied, you've got a 30-day money back guarantee.
Can you show my NICEIC/NAPIT registration and 18th Edition qualification?
Absolutely, and prominently. Your registration badges, 18th Edition and Part P compliance are the strongest trust signals an electrician has. They go at the top of the page, not buried in the footer.
Can you build a page for EICRs and landlord certificates?
Yes, and I'd strongly recommend it. Landlords and letting agents search for "EICR [town]" constantly, it's legally required and repeats every five years. A dedicated page with clear pricing captures that recurring work.
I've started doing EV charger installations. Can the site cover that?
Definitely. EV charger installation is one of the fastest-growing searches in the trade. We'll give it its own page, including any OZEV-approved installer status you hold.
Will it help me get more calls?
Yes. I set up click-to-call buttons that work on mobile, make your phone number prominent, and ensure your site loads fast, so the "power's gone off" emergencies reach you, not the next listing down.
What if I expand to new areas or services?
Just email me. Adding new service areas, new services, or updating your certifications: all covered in your 4 monthly updates.
I do both domestic and commercial work. Can the site handle that?
Yes. We'll split the site cleanly so a homeowner with a tripping fuse board and a facilities manager needing periodic testing each find what they're after, without wading through the other's pages.
Why are you so much cheaper than agencies?
No office. No staff. No account managers. I've streamlined the process so I can offer agency-quality work at a fraction of the cost.
What happens after 12 months?
You continue at £79/month (ex VAT) for as long as you want the service. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term lock-in after the first year.
What if my business is unusual or doesn't fit your usual mould?
Every site I build is custom-designed around your business, so there's no "usual template" to fit. I've built for electricians, plumbers, dentists, music academies, property surveyors, sign-makers, and tilers so far. If you can explain what you do, I can build a site that sells it.
What happens to my site if I decide to leave?
The site is mine while you're paying, but if you cancel after 12 months I'll hand over a static export of the content and design at no extra charge. You keep your domain, your content, and your photos. You won't be held hostage.
How is this different from a £200 web designer on Bark or Fiverr?
A £200 site is a one-off transaction with someone you'll never speak to again. Mine includes 12 months of edits, hosting, support, SEO setup, reviews automation, and direct access to a developer with 17 years of experience. Different product, different result.
I already have a website. Why would I switch?
If your current site is bringing in customers and you're happy with it, stick with it. But if you're embarrassed by it, paying for hosting and maintenance separately, or stuck waiting on a designer to make changes, this gives you a better-looking site, lower total cost, and changes done by email.
