Your services, your areas, your reviews, and what you want the website to do for you. Don't overthink it; I'll fill any gaps from what's already public about your business.

Before you apply
- What happens after you apply. I read every application myself. If your business is a good fit, I'll build your website and you'll book a 20-minute reveal call to see it. If it isn't, I'll tell you quickly rather than leave you waiting.
- What I'll use your details for. Only to assess your application, build your website, and contact you about it. Your details are handled under the privacy notice, which names the form, booking and analytics providers used in this journey.
- No payment. Applying is free and stays free. I never ask for card or payment details anywhere in this application, and there is nothing to pay to receive the free website files.
- Your content. By applying, you confirm that the business details, qualifications, reviews, photos and images you give me are accurate and that you're allowed to use them. I only ever use real photos and reviews you've supplied or approved, and nothing goes on your website without your say-so on the reveal call.
- Booking the reveal call. After the form you'll pick a time for your reveal call. The booking provider is named in the privacy notice.

You book a time that suits you. I walk you through your website as a customer sees it, you give me your corrections in one revision round, and then you choose: the free files, or Website Care at £20 + VAT a month. Either answer is genuinely fine.

FAQ
Everything Worth Knowing Before You Apply
Is the website really free?
Yes. £0. No card details at any point in the application, and nothing to pay to receive your website. If you take the free files and arrange your own hosting, that's the whole cost to me: nothing, ever.
Why would you build a website for free?
Because it's the easiest way for you to judge me. Some people take the free files and I never hear from them again, and that's fine. Enough people, once they've seen their own business presented properly, ask me to look after the site for them. That's Website Care, and that's how I make my money. No mystery, and no pressure.
Do I need card details to apply?
No. There is no payment step anywhere in the application. Payment only ever comes up if you choose a paid service later, and I arrange that with you personally, never through a form on this website.
Does everyone who applies get a website?
No, and I'd rather say so. The free website is for genuine UK businesses that the offer suits. I read every application myself, and if it isn't a good fit I'll tell you quickly and honestly rather than waste your time.
What happens on the reveal call?
Twenty minutes, screen shared. I walk you through your website the way a customer sees it, mobile first. You give me your corrections in one revision round. Then I ask one question: do you want the files, or shall I look after the site with Website Care? Either answer is genuinely fine.
Will the website bring me more customers?
I don't promise enquiries, rankings or revenue, and I'd distrust anyone who does. What you get is a professional website that presents your business properly: your services, your areas, your real reviews, and an easy way to contact you. The people who do find you are far more likely to call. If you later want more of the right people finding you, that's a separate conversation (see Georges Leads).
Will you use my photos and reviews?
Only real ones, and only with your permission. You can supply photos in your application or tell me to use what's already public on your business profiles. I never invent reviews, qualifications or accreditations, and nothing goes live without your say-so on the reveal call.
