A Word on VAT
All prices are shown plus VAT. So the setup is £995 + VAT and the monthly is £79 + VAT. If your business is VAT-registered, you'll typically reclaim it anyway, but I'd rather quote you straight than hide the VAT and give you a shock at checkout.

Do I have to pay the whole £995 upfront?
The setup is a one-off initial fee, from £995 + VAT. It's separate from the £79/month. If you'd like to talk through how it's structured for your project, just ask when we chat.
Why "from" £995? What makes it more?
Most small business sites land at the £995 mark. A larger site with a lot of pages or something more involved might be a bit more, and I'll always tell you the exact figure in your quote before you commit to anything.
Is the £79 a rolling monthly cost or a contract?
You continue at £79/month for as long as you want the service. There's no long-term lock-in after the first year, cancel anytime from month 13 with 30 days notice.
What if I want to cancel in the first year?
The first 30 days are fully refundable if you're not delighted. The monthly service runs across your first 12 months; from month 13 you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. If you're ever unsure whether this is right for you, say so on our call and I'll be straight with you.
