Pitched or flat, slate or tile, repair or replace — we quote it straight, in writing, with photos of exactly what we found up there. No scare tactics, no "while we're at it".
Slate & Tile Repairs
Slipped slates, cracked ridge tiles, storm-lifted verges. We match Welsh slate and reclaimed tiles properly, so the repair disappears into the roof.
Flat Roofs — EPDM & GRP
Rubber and fibreglass flat roofs for garages, extensions and dormers, laid on new decking where it's needed. 20-year-plus systems, not a quick felt-over.
Chimney & Leadwork
Repointing, rebuilds, cowls and flaunching, plus lead flashings dressed by hand. The chimney is where most leaks start — and where cheap fixes fail first.
Guttering & Fascias
New uPVC fascias, soffits and guttering, fitted with proper ventilation — not boarded over rot. Cleared, repaired or replaced, with photos either way.
Storm Damage & Insurance
Emergency tarp-overs to make you watertight fast, then a full written report with photographs your insurer will accept. We deal with the loss adjuster's questions, not you.

Catch these early and you're looking at a repair. Leave them a winter and you're looking at ceilings down. Five minutes from the pavement is all it takes.
