What we do
Every job, from a washer to a wet room
No call centres, no subcontractors. It's Dave or Tom who answers the phone, prices the job, and does the work.
Boiler servicing & repair
Annual services from £75, plus fault-finding on lockouts, low pressure, kettling and dodgy diverter valves. Most repairs sorted on the first visit — the van carries the common parts.
Emergency repairs
Burst pipes, leaking cylinders, no hot water, blocked soil stacks. Ring us any hour and you'll speak to a plumber, not an answering service — we aim to be with you within 90 minutes.
Bathroom installation
Full refits from first fix to final silicone bead — tiling, underfloor heating and tricky waste runs included. Most bathrooms finished inside two weeks, dust sheets down every day.
Leak detection
Thermal imaging and acoustic kit to trace hidden leaks under floors and behind walls — without ripping your house apart first. Written reports for insurance claims included.
Landlord certificates (CP12)
Gas safety certificates for landlords and letting agents across Birmingham, with reminders before renewal. Multi-property discounts and same-week appointments for void periods.
